jaiy9 Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the jaiy9 platform. All rules related to account registration, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming are described in detail here.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jaiy9 platform and all its services. These Terms form a legal agreement and set out all rights and responsibilities between jaiy9 ("we", "our") and the user ("you", "your").

Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jaiy9 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Before processing a withdrawal, or in certain circumstances, we may request a national identity card, passport, or other documents. If the required documents are not provided in a timely manner, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

The following conditions apply to depositing funds on the jaiy9 platform:

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
  • Deposits are only accepted from the account holder's own payment method.
  • Deposits via third parties are not accepted and may result in account termination.

3.2 Withdrawals

Terms and conditions for withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawal processing generally takes 10 to 45 minutes.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • For bonus funds, completing the wagering requirement before withdrawal is mandatory.
  • Identity verification may be required at the time of withdrawal.

3.3 Transaction Verification

jaiy9 reserves the right to verify suspicious or unusual transactions. Withdrawals may be temporarily held during the verification process. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the relevant transaction will be cancelled and the account will be placed under investigation.

Note: Always provide accurate payment details at the time of withdrawal. jaiy9 will not be responsible for delayed or failed transactions caused by incorrect information.

Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

jaiy9 offers a welcome bonus for new members: a 150% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x). This means that to withdraw the bonus amount received, bets worth 15 times that amount must be placed.

4.2 General Terms for Bonus Use

  • Each bonus offer has a specific validity period, which is stated in the offer details.
  • Bonus funds cannot be converted directly to cash — they can only be used for playing games.
  • If the wagering requirement is not met, the bonus funds will expire.
  • Specific rules apply to claiming multiple bonus offers at the same time.
  • Each user may use each promotional offer only once.

4.3 Bonus Cancellation

jaiy9 reserves the right to cancel any bonus in the following circumstances:

  • If evidence of bonus abuse or violation of bonus terms is found.
  • If an attempt is made to claim bonuses through multiple accounts.
  • If registration was completed using false or misleading information.
  • If bonus farming or matched betting (arbitrage) strategies are used.

VIP Program and Cashback

jaiy9's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

  • Bronze — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  • Silver — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Gold — Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier based on active gaming participation and regular presence on the platform. Cashback is calculated on eligible bets placed within the designated weekly period.

Important: The decision to award cashback remains at jaiy9's discretion. jaiy9 reserves the right to modify or cancel VIP benefits at any time.

Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

In any circumstance, jaiy9's total liability will be limited to the principal amount of the relevant transaction.

Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by jaiy9

jaiy9 may immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of any clause of these Terms.
  • Detection of fraudulent, unlawful, or suspicious activity.
  • Being a minor or making a false declaration of age.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Failure to provide identity verification documents.

10.2 Account Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their account at any time through our support team. The opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed, however bonus funds will be cancelled.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact our customer service team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all complaints fairly and as quickly as possible.

General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between jaiy9 and the user, and replace all previous oral or written understandings.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.

13.3 Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, graphics, and software on the jaiy9 platform are the intellectual property of jaiy9. Reproducing, distributing, or using them without written permission from jaiy9 is prohibited.

13.4 Language

These terms and conditions have been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.
